Sei innerhalb unseres Schweizer Customer Services Teams die erste Anlaufstelle fr unsere Kunden und helfe ihnen ihre tglichen Herausforderungen in bereinstimmung mit unserem Kundendienstprozess und der gemeinsamen Dienstleistungsvereinbarung zu meistern.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Bearbeitung von technischen Problemstellungen im Betrieb unserer System Software sowie e2e Use Cases (Software Kommunikation Gerte) in direktem Kundenkontakt

Beratung und Untersttzung bei Fragen der Systemintegration oder Systemerweiterungen

Troubleshooting, Registrierung, Einstufung und Lsung der erkannten technischen Probleme, und eventuelle Weiterleitung an unseren L2 Support

Verantwortlich fr den gesamten Lifecycle einer technischen Kundenanfrage

Untersttzung bei der Einfhrung von Serviceleistungen whrend der Wartungsphase

Identifizierung von Servicemglichkeiten innerhalb unseres Serviceangebots

Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Service-Angebots in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management, dem Service Design und Service Delivery Abteilung

Dein Profil und Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossene technische under IT- Ausbildung, z.B. Bachelor of Science, Techniker oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss

Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in hnlicher Rolle als Hard- und Software-Ingenieur oder im Bereich des technischen Kundensupports

Erfahrung mit Telekommunikationstechnologien und/oder Messgerten wnschenswert

Lsungsorientiertheit, die Fhigkeit die Ursache eines Problems zu ermitteln und eine effektive Lsung zu finden

Administratives Flair fr eine strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise

Leidenschaft fr Nachhaltigkeit und die Bereitschaft, zu unserer Mission beizutragen, der Welt zu helfen, Energie besser zu verwalten

Stilsichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch, Franzsisch ist ein Plus
