- Oversees pool cleaners.
- Assist and coordinate routes.
- Resolve all customer complaints / issues.
- Perform spot checks at properties.
- Trains new techs on service.
- Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
- Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance.
- Training on-site when needed.
- Assist with inventory, staging and customer needs.
- 1+ years of pool service tech experience.
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Dependable and patient.
- Willing to teach and mentor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of pool equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.
- Must have a valid driver's license with 3 years of verifiable driving history and clean driving record.
