Responsibilities:

Supply parts, accessories, and riding gear over the counter, on the phone, and through internet orders to meet all customer needs.

Help ensure appropriate stock and inventory of parts, accessories, and apparel. Provide superior customer service.


Requirements:


  • Basic knowledge of motorcycles (any brand) and/or motorcycle products.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred; however, we will also consider experience in other customerfocused industries to include retail, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
