  • Providing support for the establishment of a Configuration Control Board in accordance with project milestones
  • Maintaining a status accounting process, including preparation and maintenance of a Configuration Item Verification Record (CIVR) that reflects current status of the end items for hardware
  • Providing for necessary interface and communication with customers, subcontractors and hardware areas within program groups and the various company functional elements supporting the program group
  • May have responsibility for providing hardware metrics
In this role, the HCM will become proficient in the use of PLM and knowledge of BAE Systems procedures. They will stay current with industry standards and technology.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • US citizen eligible for a DoD security clearance
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth in typical job responsibilities listed above.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers;
  • Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents;
  • Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations;
  • Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule;
  • Design and develop products and services using stateoftheart technology, principles, theories and concepts.)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Two or more years related experience.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Familiarity with SAE ANSI/EIA649B Configuration Management Standards
  • Experience working with government contracts

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $105050
