Tucker, MS 'My daughters were born in the United Kingdom, my ex-partner is from Seville and I am from Malaga.

We met abroad and started a relationship.

Shortly after my daughters were born, she reported me and I felt pressured to sign and return to Spain with my daughters.

For 4 years, after my mother filed a complaint to exercise her rights as a grandmother, I have faithfully paid 300€ in child support (I have twin daughters).

I returned to Spain about three months ago.

During the time I continued living abroad, she allowed my mother to travel with the girls so I could see them, and then I had contact with my daughters when they were with my mother.

She says she has sued me now that I have returned (I don't know if it's true).

At first, she was cooperative in facilitating my visits with the girls, but only when it was convenient for her.
