Community LiaisonPrimary Responsibilities
- Build a network of prospective referral sources
- Perform prospect visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform on Home Care, Inc. services
- Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships
- Prepare presentations using Home Care, Inc. marketing materials
- Represent Home Care, Inc. at industry and identify new opportunities
- Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss service options that Home Care, Inc. offers
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- 2+years Sales and/or Marketing experience
- Good listener, strong communicator, solution oriented, driven
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interested in learning, with an eye toward personal improvement
- Detailedoriented, flexible, selfmotivated, and a team player
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust both with company staff as well as with referral sources and prospective clients
- Processoriented, resultsdriven, and able to learn and utilize our Internetbased client management software
- Selfmotivated with the ability to thrive with mínimal direct supervision
- Senior Care Industry experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare related field is preferred
Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
