Job Description:
As a member of our team at Hampton, you will be responsible for developing custom electro-hydraulic and electro-hydrostatic systems based on customer requirements and specifications. This includes designing and simulating hydraulic circuits, servo pump systems, and servo and proportional valves for various applications. You will also lead and manage projects for the development of these custom solutions, including conducting prototype tests and providing on-site support during commissioning. Additionally, you will provide technical advice and support to customers directly.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (Diplom-Ingenieur(in) / Master/ Bachelor)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic drive technology, components, and systems
- Previous experience in the field of electro-hydraulic controls and regulations, as well as knowledge of control and automation technology (e.g. fieldbuses), is advantageous
- Ideally, experience in the field of electric drive technology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently and with a customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%)
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
