    Are you an experienced recruiter eager to step into a dual role that combines recruitment expertise with talent management finesse? Look no further LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.


    This position will offer the opportunity to partner with HR and Business Leaders' company-wide on recruitment and building a sustainable plan for talent retention.

    You'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition and management efforts, playing a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization.

    From sourcing to onboarding to career planning, you'll oversee every aspect of the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent who are aligned with our company's vision and values.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • From sourcing to onboarding, you'll oversee every aspect of the recruitment process for various departments such as Information Technology, Finance, Clinical, or Operational areas, ensuring quality hires within agreed-to timelines.
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment flow for all assigned job requisitions, including but not limited to phone screen, sourcing, interviews, and job offer
    • Conduct screenings and interviews, manage the offer process, and provide regular feedback to hiring managers.
    • Utilize a variety of methods to source top talent, including employee referrals, online tools, and niche job boards.
    • Strategic Partner:
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop innovative, cost-effective staffing strategies.
    • Strategically source and cultivate candidate leads, leveraging innovative methods to tap into passive candidate pools for both current and future open positions
    • Utilize comprehensive talent mapping and engagement techniques to proactively identify and attract top-tier talent aligned with organizational needs and values, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.
    • Talent Management:
    • Partner with Human Capital leadership to develop talent management strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.

    What You'll Need:

    • ATS Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Paycom or Workday.
    • Sourcing Skills: Extensive knowledge of internet sourcing strategies and candidate relationship management tools.
    • Negotiation Skills: Ability to extend and close job offers.

    Functional Experience:

    Comfortable managing requisitions across various functions, including Member Services, Finance, Operations, and IT at various levels from entry-positions to executive leadership.

    Volume Environment:
    Thrive in a fast-paced call center recruiting environment.


    • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
    • Talent Management Experience: Prior experience in talent management functions such as performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and shift priorities quickly as business needs change.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with positions in dental and/or health insurance preferred, but not required.
    • Education/

    Experience Requirements: 4-year Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or other associated field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.

    Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment; within in health insurance industry highly preferred


    LOCATION
    This position is open to fully remote, preferably located in Central Time Zone (CST). Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.

    COMPENSATION


    In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $58,760 - $80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.

    If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.

    In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer.

    Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.

    Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
