Ritchie, IL is looking for a 'Sachbearbeiter Fachhandelspartner (m/w/d)' to join our team

We are currently seeking a full-time employee for a mid-sized company in the financial services industry in Schweinfurt.


Your responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and processing incoming financing contracts (leasing, rental, and hire purchase) in collaboration with dealers, brokers, and sales staff
  • Checking the appropriate approval of financing requests, the validity of granted approvals, and compliance with conditions (including required collateral)
  • Reporting relevant cases to the credit department
  • Identifying credit borrower units
  • Creating new customer master data in the ERP system
  • Conducting object inspections
  • Obtaining documents for the forfaiting of an engagement (e.g. business information, bank information, annual financial statements including Creditreform rating, SCHUFA-B2B basic data report)
  • Submitting forfaiting requests to banks
  • Sending order entries, initiating payment approvals, settlements, and deductions
  • Monitoring Creditreform updates
