- Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any unsafe practices or conditions to the site supervisor.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
- Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- License: Valid driver's license (required)
- Travel: Some of the positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Laborer at Nwestco, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
This is a full-time, field position in Spokane, WA and surrounding areas. Some of the open Positions require travel, and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC.
