Job Overview:

Connecting Communities is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services to perform supervisory and administrative duties for the clinical department.

Director of Clinical Services will initial and conduct ongoing evaluations of individuals to inform treatment planning and continuity of appropriate services, oversee treatment implementation and planning and provide direct clinical services.

Director of Clinical Services will complete any other tasks the Executive Director deems necessary.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year


SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly observes the clinical culture to identify opportunities for continuous

improvement and acts on findings through recommendations and implementation

through case supervision, thorough review of documentation, training and staff

development as needed.

• Coordinates the daily activities of QMHPs for Crisis, MHSB, and IIH and ensures

DMAS compliance.

• Works in conjunction with the field supervisor and other management to ensure

staffing coverage.

• Facilities training and development of current staff and ensures effective

onboarding of new staff.

• Performs program improvement by identifying trends and making adjustments as

needed for continuous improvement of client care/clinical outcomes.

• Assures compliance with DMAS and company policies and procedures through

diligent supervision and examination of all field activity/workflow, including

monitoring documentation for accuracy and legibility and to ensure it meets

DMAS guidelines.

• Provide outpatient therapy as needed.
• Provide face to face in person supervision with staff a minimum of once per

month

• Submit weekly reports of hours worked to include but not limited to supervision,

outpatient, documentation review etc.


Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
