    • Retirement benefits with match from day one Inova Health System is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our IPTC (Inova Physical Therapy Centers) team of supporting our outpatient location at our ICPH location in Falls Church, VA. This role will work full-time, Monday-Friday with two evenings until 8pm each week. _We offer a 1:1 patient treatment model, a formal mentorship program a commitment to continuing education and personal growth. Responsibilities
    • Demonstrate the essential skills in the use of treatment modalities, equipment and protocols and will perform reassessments according to state and facility guidelines, adjusting treatment plan accordingly.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
    • Adhere to department policy regarding time frame, appropriate form and content of written rehabilitation documentation
    • Complete all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit. Requirements
    • While one year experience in a Physical Therapy setting is desired, we will accept entry level physical therapists.
    • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
    • Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing
