Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients, who is a team player.

As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with daily activities, personal care, and provide companionship. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors and individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Administer medications as prescribed
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and organizing
Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Adhere to resident rights policies and maintain confidentiality
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the wellbeing of clients

Experience:

Previous experience in home care or senior care preferred
Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques
Familiarity with medication administration procedures prefered

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
