We are looking for:

EXAM. HEALTH AND NURSING CAREGIVER (m/f/d) in the field of "Ventilation"

in field service (Greater NRW area)

We are a family-run home care service provider based in Hamburg with certified nurses, wound experts, and nutrition consultants. We provide patients with medical supplies in the areas of parenteral and enteral nutrition, ventilation + monitoring, tracheostomy care, wound care, stoma care, urinary incontinence, nutrition counseling, and training in the use of medical supplies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Patient intake, recording patient data, creating patient records
  • Home visits and training for doctors, nursing services, care facilities, and family members
  • Creating therapy plans and managing orders and prescriptions
  • Availability by phone during the day, rotating on-call duty for emergencies on weekends
  • Instruction in the necessary medical products
  • Active networking and approaching nursing facilities
  • Quality assurance, documentation of therapies, company information including internal IT
