- This position is responsible for managing night warehouse operations
- Responsibilities include managing order selection, loading, and stocking;
- ensuring safety and security, and providing direction to the staff.
- Manages daily work and safety of associates.
- Oversees labor hours and supplies within budget.
- Prepares work schedules as needed.
- Coordinates repairs and reviews productivity.
- Suggests efficiency ideas and cost reduction measures.
- Identifies problems, proposes solutions, and promotes cooperation.
- Conducts shipping audits daily and assists with monitoring sanitation.
- Maintains communication with associates.
- Monitors morale and engagement.
- Enforces Company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with Safety department for training and safety inspections.
- Makes recommendations for improvement and disciplinary action.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College degree in Business Management or similar major preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to analyze business information and present effectively.
- Interpret a variety of instructions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of software and technology programs.
- Capable of working proactively and constructively with peers.
- Follow established procedures and regulations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 100 pounds.
- Requires good vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Exposed to varying conditions and non-traditional hours.
- May travel occasionally for business needs.
- Exposure to high places and airborne particles.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
