An experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and guide the daily operations of the warehouse and it's team.
Liaise with superior to make decisions for warehouse operational activities and set strategic goals
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of warehouse customers and orders to ensure smooth progress
Supervise all warehouse staff - new hire and continued coaching and training while continuously providing constructive feedback.
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of warehouse procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Manage
relationships/agreements
with external partners/vendors
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Ensure that the warehouse runs with legality and conformity to established regulations, State and Federal Laws and OSHA standards
Flexibility in availability

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects/responsibilities
at the same time while keeping calm and level-headed
Ability to do everything that their team does in order to truly understand each customer and their processes
Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
Experience and working knowledge of data analysis and
performance/operation
metrics
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
Forklift experience is REQUIRED
MUST have a valid driver's license
MUST have at least 3 years of recent experience as Management in warehousing. 3PL experience is a HUGE PLUS
Physical Requirements:
Requires standing for long periods of time.
Repetitive physical movements including bending, lifting and walking.
Careful handling of materials.
Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
