Customer Service Representative I
Summary:
Highpoint Signs & Apparel is a growing company in a fast environment that provides promotional products and services to local, regional, and national clients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Keep to the mission, vision, and direction of the company by implementing them on every single project.
- Familiarize self with basic signage and apparel products
- Address customer inquires
- Enter sales quotes in timely manner and convert to sales orders as approved
- Answer pricing questions
- Attend customer service 101 training
- Ability to stay on task and work independently
- Utilize the tools, software, and resources available to the full potential
- Confidence, persistence, and drive for success
- Teachable and willing to learn and grow
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- 01 years customer service experience in apparel industry but not required
- Ability to work with a team
- Sharp attention to detail
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Must have the patience and temperament to deal with fellow employees and customers
- Well groomed and neat in appearance
- Professional and courteous
- Ability to pass preemployment drug screening
