Customer Service Representative I

Summary:


Highpoint Signs & Apparel is a growing company in a fast environment that provides promotional products and services to local, regional, and national clients.

The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for entering sales orders and assisting the outside sales representative as required.


Responsibilities & Duties:

Keep to the mission, vision, and direction of the company by implementing them on every single project.

  • Familiarize self with basic signage and apparel products
  • Address customer inquires
  • Enter sales quotes in timely manner and convert to sales orders as approved
  • Answer pricing questions
  • Attend customer service 101 training
  • Ability to stay on task and work independently
  • Utilize the tools, software, and resources available to the full potential
  • Confidence, persistence, and drive for success
  • Teachable and willing to learn and grow

Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • 01 years customer service experience in apparel industry but not required
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Must have the patience and temperament to deal with fellow employees and customers
  • Well groomed and neat in appearance
  • Professional and courteous
  • Ability to pass preemployment drug screening

Job Type:
