Location: Nationwide | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the development, creation, coordination, and implementation of internal and external training measures in the technical field, both domestically and internationally (e.g. workshops, in-person trainings, online seminars)
  • You will work closely with our team and assist in defining certificates and developing test and certification questions
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating participant feedback and implementing quality assurance measures
  • You will develop training concepts, plan and implement technical equipment, and define learning objectives in line with company goals
  • You will also maintain contact with our customers and advise them on training matters

Your profile

  • You have a degree from a technical college in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification, as well as professional experience in the field of traffic technology
  • A technical and technological understanding is required for this position
  • You have advanced German and English skills at least at C1 level
  • You have strong training skills and are able to develop training concepts
  • You have experience in strategy development, implementation, and management of training activities, as well as consulting skills and the ability to transfer knowledge
  • You are able to work independently
