The Opportunity


Job Responsibilities:

Inbound activities:

  • Collaborate with our systems team to create development board schematics, oversee layout reviews, and produce user manuals for various development boards.
  • Stay updated on the demands of our automotive customers and become the primary support for automotive PHY transceivers, as well as create training materials.

Outbound activities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and assist with board setup. Actively monitor and respond to support tickets.
  • Keep records of customer support interactions throughout their development process.
  • Create demos showcasing our secure switch and PHY family for automotive networking solutions.
  • Develop and present product training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet transceivers, switching, and networking architectures.
  • Experience with schematic capture and layout tools.
  • Familiarity with highspeed SerDes protocols (GMII, XFI/SFI, PCIe).
