Description
An Engineering Technician with Intech is responsible for preparation of all project design and production files for manufacturing of parts for Medical and Manufacturing Companies


Key responsibilities include:

  • Review of customer engineering drawings.
  • Creating 2D CAD drawings and import into a CNC system.
  • Design of custom boxes and crates for packaging of product.
  • Creating Laser files using Lightburn or similar software.
  • Writing SOPs for new production processes.
  • Providing primary quality checks and calibration of CNC & Laser Equipment.
  • Performing spot checks during production to insure parts are manufactured per design.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Qualityminded with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional math and design skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude needed for interpretation of drawings.
  • Selfstarter who can work with little daily supervision.
  • Project Management skills, problemsolver with ability to prioritize and focus on task.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to read and interpret written project definitions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.

Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
