    Panagora Group seeks a Technical Director for Organizational Capacity Strengthening (OCS) to be proposed as part of the anticipated USAID-funded Global Health Risk and Capacity contract.



    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Understand, appreciate, adopt, and apply OCS approaches and optimize organizational level impact at the national and sub-national level.
    • Design and implement organizational assessments, OCS planning and implementation with the GHRC project partners and grantees
    • Identify and connect with in-country capacity building organizations and resource persons to procure organizational assessments, OCS planning, applied training and TA etc.
    • Engage with the key leadership of recipient organizations and mobilize their support in the OCS processes
    • Identify prospective resources within the grantee organizations and provide them with training and coaching to transform them as in-house OCS champions
    • Undertake/ensure yearly rapid assessments at each recipient organization to track OCS roadmap and share all relevant data and report to project portals and related Dashboard.


    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, or bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience
    • Proven expertise in organizational assessment sand capacity strengthening work of NGOs and other local entities with a minimum of five years of experience in organizational strengthening and capacity building program of donor funded projects
    • Demonstrated understanding of USAID Localization Policy, strategies and approaches
    • Experience in group process facilitation, organizational capacity strengthening, and capacity building are desirable
    • Deep knowledge of USAID regulatory and compliance requirements is strongly preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and strong relationship building skills
    • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
    • English required; proficiency in one or more foreign languages preferred
