    Description

    CRAIG WILSON is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and focus. With over a century of experience in the industry, we set the standard for excellence. In this role, you will handle servicing our 2,000 existing business clients, explore new business opportunities, and lead a small team to achieve these goals. As you become proficient in our processes, you will progress to the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new B2B opportunities
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train incoming team members on systems
    • Report daily field activity using Salesforce CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
