Description

Overview:

As a Network Architect with our client, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing their network environment. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that align with their specific business needs. Your expertise in network design, Cisco, Meraki, and other industry-standard equipment will be essential in ensuring the success and efficiency of our network infrastructure. A key modernization project moving to SD-WAN.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (holding US Citizenship, Green Card, Permanent Resident individuals are encouraged to apply). Our client does not offer sponsorship, now or in the future

.
Key Responsibilitie

s:Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to gather requirements and assess current network infrastructure
s.Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to our business requirement
s.Develop comprehensive diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for network solution
s.Configure, optimize, and manage Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Cradlepoint, and Mitel equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliabilit
y.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and technician
s.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues promptly and efficientl
y.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements and enhancements to our network architecture
s.Perform capacity planning, recommend hardware upgrades, and collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and recommend new solution

s.Ideal Qualification

s:Previous work experience, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fiel
d.Years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and maintenanc
e.Strong expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Cradlepoint, and Mitel equipmen
t.Preferably holds a Cisco Certified Professional (CCNP) certificatio
n.In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and other networking technologie
s.Proficiency in monitoring and management tools for network performance optimizatio
n.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
s.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and partner
s.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environmen
