    Desired skills


    • Scrum master with experience running/driving SW teams
    • Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts and services
    • Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy)
    • Creation and maintenance of dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs and related documentation
    • Mapping Initiatives, Epics and Stories to Sprint and Spin plans
    • Working knowledge of engineering products such as Context – Containers – Components – Code (C4) diagrams, Interface Documents and Context Diagrams
    • Hands on experience tracing Functional Requirements to Stories, Epics, Use Cases, and Feature Maps
    • Customer facing / collaboration experience (someone who can bond with demanding customer technical managers / leads)
    • Must be extremely detailed oriented and a strong communicator
