Your Profile:

Specialist (m/f/d) in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
Additional qualification in Social Medicine or willingness to obtain one
Experience in psychosomatic rehabilitation desirable
Leadership experience
Strong social skills
Organizational talent and business acumen

Your Responsibilities:

Leadership tasks in the role of Chief Physician
Collaborative development of the department (50 rehabilitation beds)
Public relations and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners for patient and employee acquisition
Ensuring and optimizing quality standards
Interdisciplinary collaboration.
