    Russell Tobin has partnered with a globally recognized specialty HVAC manufacturer in the Oklahoma City area to add to their growing team This is a contract-to-hire position with a salary range of $80k-$100k/year, and has excellent opportunity for growth.

    As an Electrical Engineer, you'll spearhead the management and execution of the company's electrical and electronic design initiatives.


    Position Responsibilities:
    Assess existing systems at the unit level and determine the adequacy of electrical designs and components.

    Formulate and document system-level electrical requirements based on unit specifications and relevant electrical and safety codes (including UL/ETL, CE, and local regulations) to ensure equipment safety and reliability.

    Ensure compliance of electrical designs and applications with applicable codes.
    Create and document electrical designs tailored to equipment applications.

    Conduct peer reviews of fellow electrical engineers' work and provide guidance on alternative designs to enhance safety, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and quality.


    Position Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial product development or similar fields.
    Experience with EPlan is advantageous.
    Familiarity with various internal and external compliance standards such as UL/ETL, CE, and other relevant regulations.
    Preferred experience in HVAC/R.

    Strong leadership skills, effective communication of technical concepts, ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and proactive approach to tasks.
