Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Sr. Automation Engineer for our Chandler, AZ location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
-3+ years of professional controls engineering experience.
-3+ years of advanced PLC programming knowledge on Rockwell, Siemens, or equivalent PLCs in a production environment.
-3+ years of experience with plant applications such as MES, BMS, and others.
WE VALUE
-Master's degree in engineering or a related field
-Wide Experience supporting critical manufacturing.
-Experience in leading automation projects and teams.
-Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting production equipment such as torque controllers, robotics, computer servers, testing equipment, and/or others.
-Software applications programming experience.
-Understanding of databases and various program languages (MySQL, Python, etc.).
-Proven project management experience.
-Proficient in working with and creating electrical diagrams and prints.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Experience launching new plant systems and their integration into the IT Infrastructure and Facilities.
-Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automation, including safety.
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
-Continuous learning mindset and a passion for innovation skills.
