Your Responsibilities:


What will be your tasks?

  • You will lead challenging consulting projects in the field of Lean Management for our clients and be responsible for the successful implementation of work packages
  • This includes coordinating our project team and ensuring successful implementation by conducting workshops and being the main point of contact for our clients
  • As a lead trainer, you will conduct trainings at all levels and convince participants of Operational Excellence
  • You will bring your experience and expertise to internal projects and guide your colleagues in their implementation, providing support when needed

Your Profile:


What do you bring to the table?

  • You have at least 4 years of consulting experience or at least 8 years of professional experience in relevant positions, ideally in operational business on a technical or managerial level
  • A successfully completed degree or training in Business Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • You have excellent knowledge of Lean Management and can demonstrate successful practical implementation
  • You are structured, responsible, empathetic, and maintain a professional demeanor even under time pressure
  • You are fluent in German and have excellent English skills, and are willing to travel throughout Germany
