  • For the area of General Technology. The deployment location is the supply area of LSW Netz. The current workplace is Gifhorn.
  • LSW is your regional service provider for energy and water. We supply around 200,000 households with electricity, natural gas, district heating and water. Our service extends from Wolfsburg to the district of Gifhorn and parts of the districts of Helmstedt, Wolfenbüttel and Börde.

YOUR TASKS:


  • Coordination, supervision and quality assurance of internal and external service providers for meter changes and HA checks
  • Preparation of necessary technical requirements for tendering and evaluation of service providers in Europewide tenders
  • Training and instruction of service providers and their employees regarding occupational safety and quality requirements
  • Ongoing provision of orders / meter change data including timely review of digital or written meter change data after completion of the change (daily/weekly)
  • Quality assurance of service providers through random visits to customers
  • Contact person for the customer service department and service providers in case of damages, scheduling issues due to illness or customer complaints
  • Feedback to customers after problems with meter changes by service providers

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed technical vocational training
  • Experience in meter and measurement technology
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with Argos.e, kVASy, SAP desirable
  • Willingness to work,
