Strategic Planner Position

General Overview

General Responsibilities

  • Support the internal design, reporting, and development of key performance indicators and benchmarking for schoolbased instructional programs.
  • Facilitate and maintain instructional project management on large scale initiatives, such as the EHS Attendance Initiative meeting minutes, and reporting
  • Identify, monitor and cohesively compile project milestones for instructional and teacher support programs and services across departments
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data and generate status reports in an effort to support and enhance EPS programs and initiatives as well as focusing on developing standardized processes for input from the school community
  • Support the administrative functions of Central Administration by developing protocols for timely reporting to local, state and federal agencies as well as compliance with state regulations
  • Enhance current protocols for reporting discrimination, harassment, bullying, Title IX or other violations of EPS policies and explore implementation of a case management system
  • Draft presentations, briefings, and updates to key internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Design, manage and facilitate teacher support and related activities for additional major projects and district events in support of the Academic Office.
