- Perform Month-End revenue related journal entries.
- Reconcile revenue reports to be posted into the general ledger system in accordance with GAAP, as part of the month end close process in a timely manner.
- Be able to organize many tasks for prioritization, as well as identify areas for optimization as the company grows.
- Work with billing department to reconcile unapplied cash monthly.
- Provide support for management inquiries and Audit requests as they arise.
- Provide analytical support for management inquiries for budget and forecasting processes.
- Complete other special projects as needed.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in accounting or finance, CPA a plus
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Previous role(s) should include internal or external audit, GL accounting, and/or revenue accounting.
- Technical knowledge and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standards ASC 605 and ASC 606
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel
