The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing people and resources for our growing construction projects.

This position is critical to our company and supports the management and field operations teams to ensure all projects are managed effectively and efficiently.

We are looking for self-motivated, pro-active highly efficient individuals to join our growing team.


Duties and Responsibility:

• Extend the cost of fieldgenerated time, tickets, and prices.
• Prepare and process project documents such as contracts, subcontracts, superintendent folders, change orders, permits, insurance documents, and closeout documents.
• Manage all cost accounts on the project documentation, including but not limited to proposals, plans contracts, submittals, change orders, RFI's, warranties, city licenses, worker's compensation & general liability certificates.
• Attend project kickoff meetings as required.

Experience:

- years of experience in construction

• Typing speed: 50 WPM

Microsoft Excel: 3 years of experience


Education:

• Highschool Diploma
