The PMG Alaska Senior Manager of Nursing collaborates with the PMG Alaska Chief Medical Officer and PCN North Chief Nursing Officer to oversee and enhance the practice of ambulatory nursing and nursing support roles, including Medical Assistants. This individual provides clinic support and guidance to improve clinical care delivery, offering counsel to clinic leadership on nursing and MA roles, procedures, staff competency, and scope of practice. Leading the organization's commitment to safety and reliability, the Senior Manager implements standardized clinical processes and procedures while supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• 6 years Increasing responsibility in Nursing, including experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
• 5 years Ambulatory nursing experience
• 4 years Supervisory, lead, or project management experience
• 2 years Direct supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Nursing or related field
• Upon hire: Specialty Nursing Certification

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
