- Assist in developing AutoCAD/Revit libraries, drawings, templates, and details
- Contribute to establishing company Revit drafting standards
- Use AutoCAD/Revit to generate construction documents
- Create structural plans based on field measurements or existing drawings
- Generate details from plans for engineer review
- Collaborate with engineers and incorporate their feedback
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in drawings
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed
- Perform other assigned duties
- 2-year Technology degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of structural drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying technical knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

About This Role
ESi is looking for a senior-level structural designer/drafter to create construction drawings for structural repair projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with ESi engineers to produce high-quality structural construction documents that meet company and client standards for a variety of projects.
