We are hiring for a licensed therapist (LCPC / LCSW / LMFT) to join us as a Regional Clinical Director and lead our clinical teams as we work to inspire and empower change in our clients, communities, and work culture.
This position offers the opportunity to influence and impact clinical care for teens and young adults seeking treatment for substance use, mental health, and mood disorders.

While this opportunity will offer some remote option, you will primarily be working onsite to support all Sandstone Care facilities in the Central Virginia market
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm | Some on-call required
About The Role
You will supervise, support, and develop Clinical Program directors who are overseeing Detox, Residential, and Outpatient levels of care ensuring that all clinical and related administrative policies and procedures are fully implemented and followed.
You will participate in the recruiting and hiring of clinical staff and ensure that all clinical staff meet the professional requirements for their positions.
Work closely with all departments to ensure clinical care is provided at the highest level, accessible to clients, and a rewarding experience for staff.

Candidates must be a licensed Clinician - LCPC / LCSW / LMFT
It is strongly preferred that candidates are approved clinical supervisors.
Candidates must have previous leadership experience.
Candidates must have previous experience in substance use, mood disorder, and mental health care.
