Position:
Service Department Customer Liaison

Plaza Kia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Department Customer Liaison to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our service drive customers.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing customer interactions during arrival/drop-off and departure/pickup, troubleshooting any issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a smooth dropoff process
  • Manage customer communications throughout the service process
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience during pickup
  • Liaise between customers and service advisors to facilitate clear communication
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and services performed

Requirements:


  • Proven customer service champion with a passion for delivering highquality service
  • Hardworking, goaloriented, and selfdriven
  • Familiarity with the automotive repair industry; Kia experience is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
