    Key Responsibilities:

    In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
    • Customer-Centric Support: Assist our sales team by providing top-notch support for product inquiries and quote preparation, with a focus on larger accounts.
    • Order Precision: Be the guardian of order accuracy as you enter and update customer orders, ensuring that order requirements are communicated effectively.
    • Smooth Logistics: Seamlessly coordinate product shipments between the factory, suppliers, warehouses, and customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
    • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, factory/suppliers, and our sales team regarding pricing, quantity, forecasts, and shipping.
    • Solution-Oriented: Use your excellent problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Efficient Records: Keep our sales and project logs up-to-date, ensuring that we have the right information at our fingertips.
    • Financial Savvy: Play a crucial role in managing invoices, tracking customer accounts receivable and accounts payable status.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, correct discrepancies, procure new materials, release deliveries, and track shipments for efficient operations.
    • Credit Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of customer creditworthiness to ensure mutually beneficial transactions.
    Experience & Skills:

    To thrive in this role, you should have:
    • An Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
    • 3-4 years of related administrative experience and/or training (required).
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook (required).
    • Experience using ERP software (e.g., SAP) in a manufacturing and/or trading company environment (preferred).
    • A knack for administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and file management.
    • A basic understanding of trading business functions, such as invoicing, shipping, import duties, and inventory management.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, a talent for problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work seamlessly with supervisors, co-workers, and customers, including cross-cultural communication skills.
    • The ability to comprehend and manage detailed forms, standard memos, and letters efficiently.
    • Exceptional multitasking skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines with ease.
