Responsibilities:


  • Disciplinary leadership and development of the Finance & Controlling team
  • Responsibility for operational accounting processes in compliance with legal regulations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, and fixed asset accounting)
  • Participation in the preparation of periodic financial statements according to HGB for individual and consolidated financial statements, including consolidation reconciliation
  • Support of the plant management by providing key figures & analyses and acting as the interface to the accounting department of the sister company in the Czech Republic
  • Participation in budgeting/monitoring and cash flow planning
  • Optimization of processes through continuous improvements (KVP)

Qualifications:


  • Further education as an accountant, business administration degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and controlling, ideally with first leadership experience
  • Good and practical knowledge of SAP CO/FI and MS Office package, especially Excel
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Analytical and solutionoriented skills, sense of responsibility, reliable work ethic, and enjoyment of working in a team.
