Job Overview:

Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Previous experience in behavioral therapy or behavioral health settings
• Ability to maintain accurate records

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Understanding of care plans and their implementation
• Proficiency in data collection and documentation
• Prior experience in patient care or related fields
