Job summary
The Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission provides strategic leadership and direction for both domestic and international enrollment efforts of undergraduate students. The Executive Director oversees recruitment activities including best practices and data-driven analysis for undergraduate lead generation, inquiry cultivation, application management, pre- and post-admission communications,The Executive Director works closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management to develop proactive strategies to adjust to changing environments in recruitment and admission. This individual will play a vital role in collaboration across Colleges with academic Deans as well as other faculty administrators staff coaches and students
- Annually evaluate all aspects of the admission review process including notification timelines.
- Evaluate past recruitment initiatives to review trends potential opportunities by markets/programs.
