Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our medical team. As an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to women, focusing on reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine gynecological examinations and screenings
Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions and disorders
Provide prenatal care to pregnant women, including monitoring fetal development and managing any complications
Perform deliveries, including vaginal births and cesarean sections
Perform surgical procedures related to obstetrics and gynecology, such as hysterectomies or laparoscopies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
Stay up-to-date with advancements in obstetrics and gynecology research and practices
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid medical license to practice in the state
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to obstetrics and gynecology
Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing
Ability to provide comprehensive care across a wide range of women's health issues, including infectious disease care, pulmonology, dermal fillers, senior care, occupational health, PTSD care, etc.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
