We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this position, you will provide primary care services to patients, including wound care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and patient education.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing quality patient care, and a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest medical advances.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and treat expectant mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
Record medical histories
Educate patients about disease prevention, detection, and reproductive health.
Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel
Keep up to date with current practices and innovations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an OB-GYN or similar role
Expert diagnostic skills
Trustworthy and compassionate character
Impeccable bedside manner
Strong communication skills
Relevant training and certification as an OB-GYN
About the position & benefits:
Our clinic is in Riverside, California. Our call schedule is 1:4 from Monday to Thursday. Friday to Sunday, our coverage is 1:8. We use IMS for our EMR. Our clinic has a complete staff, and we see Spanish-speaking patients.
· $330,000.00 Annual Base Salary
· $1,000 Per year to be used for CME
· Fifteen weekdays of paid time off per year
· 5 Days for CME Use
· License and DEA Allocation
· Up to 10K in moving expenses
· Seven paid Holidays per year
· 3 Sick Days per year
· Health insurance & Dental Insurance
· Mal Practice Insurance & Tail Coverage
· A $401K
