We are looking for Traces Leavers (m/f/d) as Deputy Reception Manager for our Offenburger Badbetriebs GmbH in full-time. With your work, you make a difference. Everything we do as employees of the city of Offenburg leaves traces on the citizens we work for.

In order for us to continue doing this, we are looking for people who are willing to leave traces with us as an employer.

Because it makes a difference for the people who live here whether we do our job or not. Here you leave your traces because you lead and manage the reception area
because you live service and optimize and expand existing processes together with the reception management
because you want to offer our guests a special service and take care of all questions and concerns
because employee management is an important part of your work
by being responsible for cash reconciliation and cash closing
by being a representative of our house with your positive appearance
because you show presence at the reception, but also take care of our guests in the back office and answer customer inquiries by email and telephone
by ideally presenting our leisure pool on social media channels
by managing and developing our pool shop. You make a difference for us if you have completed a commercial or comparable training or study
have good IT skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
have a customer and service-oriented attitude
enjoy working with people
