Sculpture Hospitality of Dallas is currently looking to hire a
Beverage and Liquor Inventory Auditor for bars and restaurants in the Houston Heights area. This is an entry level job with our continuously growing company and we are
in need of an immediate hire As you become more efficient and complete training levels, raises will be give based on performance. If you have been in the hospitality industry and are tired of working nights and weekends then this position may be right for you
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Taking physical inventory for bars and restaurants using proprietary software, scales, and scanners
- Importing POS Sales reports, inputting Vendor Purchases, and comparing to inventory used to determining loss levels
- Providing reports to management on an ongoing basis
- Driving to client locations
- Physical work is required and employees must be able able to lift, move, or slide a full keg of beer (about 150 lbs) a few inches off of the ground and onto a large floor scale
Qualifications and applicant requirements and/or prerequisites:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong math skills
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- 100% reliable
- Fast learner
- Time management skills and ability to adapt to different situations effectively
- High School or equivalent education completed
- At least 1 year of hospitality experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
$16/hour for 30 day period. Raise given to $17/ hour after 30 days given the following criteria outlined below.
-On time to all shifts
-No unexcused absences
-Not repeating the same counting errors at the same client
-As some other criteria outlined during initial training
Training progress evaluation performed at 90 days of employment and raise given based on merit and progress at that point.
-Employer Matched 401k program after 1 year of employment
-Finish early in the day and nights and weekends off

Schedule:
Approx hours hours per week during training phase and the goal is to grow into full time and long term position based on work ethic and performance
Weekly Work Day(s) : Monday - Friday
Daily Shift Start time-Early Mornings (Start time usually between 5-6 AM)
Daily Shift End time varies depending on the specific accounts scheduled for that day. Usually the shifts end between Noon and 4 PM (at the latest)
