Your contribution:

Secure and competent handling of telephone inquiries from customers and patients
Reception and hospitality of guests
Support with organizational and administrative tasks
Management of meeting rooms
Processing of mail

What you bring:

Completed training in the commercial sector, hotel industry, or as a medical assistant
You have experience in similar areas
Enjoyment of working with people with a strong service and customeroriented mindset
Confident and competent appearance as well as strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Independent work style and a high level of flexibility, resilience, and integrity
Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
