• Installing or upgrading equipment in various field locations
• Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
• Problemsolving skills to test and diagnose problems with malfunctioning equipment
• Documenting installation and repairs
• Written and verbal communication skills to understand issues customers have, explain technical information to customers in clear terms and train how to use equipment properly
• Timemanagement skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule
• Attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate reports about the repairs
• Organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized while in the field
• Computer and technical skills to understand the equipment fully and configure components after installation
• Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls

• Working knowledge of tools required for service and installation
• 2 years+ experience in Audio Visual field or equivalent
• Ability to understand and use math to make calculations
• Physical ability to lift 50 to 80 pounds in addition to standing, walking, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.
• Ability to understand a client's needs and create an estimate that meets their needs.
• Work well as a team player
• Willingness to complete necessary certifications and training sessions as needed
