Sales and Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated friendly person who enjoys people and cars.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and be friendly to customers
- Learn Auto glass management software
- Order and schedule glass installation
- Repair rock chips in windshields
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
- Knowledge of auto glass repair, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is beneficial
- Valid driver's license

Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
