Become a Machine Setter and Learn the Trade of Process Technician

Are you interested in learning a profession where you can use your manual skills, technical interest, and work directly with production materials? Then you've come to the right place.

In our training program for Process Technicians in Plastic and Rubber Technology, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines, as well as mixing materials. These materials are mainly plastic and rubber, commonly known as plastic and rubber. And from these materials, medical products are produced, as you know them from every hospital or clinic.

Now for the technical part. As a Process Technician, you are responsible for this production process by setting up the machines. With us, you will receive training in all manufacturing processes. Depending on the product, these can be injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding processes. Once a manufacturing process is selected, the materials and additives, such as dyes, must be selected and mixed in the correct quantities according to a recipe. Under observation of pressure and temperature, you will obtain a molded part, which will then be further processed into a finished medical product. You are responsible for the quality and will lead a small group of employees who will further process your products.
