Your tasks

  • Your main task is customer service
  • You analyze, qualify, and resolve IT environment errors
  • You prioritize new and existing support requests
  • You communicate with all parties involved (customer, 2nd level, service delivery management, and sales)
  • You maintain and update master data
  • You open manufacturer tickets and keep them up to date
  • You process and document inquiries and operations using a ticket system
  • You are flexible in terms of time and location for customer assignments
  • You are used to working in shifts and taking on-call duties
