For our location in Bad Oeynhausen, we are looking for reinforcements: Process Engineer / Process Technician (m/f/d) Commissioning of Extrusion Systems The battenfeld-cincinnati group is one of the world's leading providers of extrusion systems for the production of pipes, sheets, films, profiles, and plastic granules, as well as wood-plastic composites.

The company employs over 600 people in Germany, Austria, the USA, and China. The battenfeld-cincinnati Germany GmbH has approximately 275 employees at its locations in Bad Oeynhausen and Kempen.


Your tasks will include:
Commissioning of extrusion systems at customer sites (worldwide)

Starting up extrusion systems, performing initial operations, function testing, optimization, and adjustment Technical and organizational coordination with our customers on-site Providing technical training to customer employees Optimizing the commissioned systems (independently or in collaboration) Independently conducting acceptance runs Supporting the development of the food extrusion sector Contributing to the development of components Your profile:
Successfully completed vocational training as a process technician for plastics and rubber technology, industrial mechanic, or electronics technician, ideally with professional experience in plastics processing and experience in commissioning process engineering systems Proficient in MS Office Fluent in German, good knowledge of English Committed, structured, and systematic work style, able to work independently and in a team Problem-solving skills as well as organizational and assertiveness Willingness to travel internationally (short trips of a few
